Hi everybody!
So the first thing i would like to talk about is the
topic of loosing weight.But not just plain superficial loosing weight. I am
talking about meaningful weight loss,accompanied by trying to improve your
eating habbits and maybe getting some exercise(i'll explain why i say maybe to
exercise-don't get excited we can't escape exercise at all!)
As exercise i count many things.You don't need to
exercise 6 days a week,2 hours a day to able to tell yourself that you
are doing well in that department of your life.I think that twice a week is
decent if it's paired with walking.For instance,for the past month i have been
doing 1-2 a week yoga,but i have been walking 10.000 steps a day.Should i blame
myself ?No! Walking is fine.Walk people! walk!
You won't get abs of course or anything like that but
it is good for your heart and we people have forgotten about walking.Especially
if you use the car it is really hard to walk a lot.But as far as i am concerned
walking is a must-thing-to-do for maintainance and general health and that is
excactly what i have been doing +yoga(power yoga-amazing fact :the next day my
tummy is flat ,hello abs-but of cource only for that day :P).
Of cource loosing
weight is not easy,BUT it CAN be DONE.Oh people i am telling you this blog is
going to be only truths,everything i find that it might be helpful to lose
weight,get healthier or anything to be a little happier i will share it with
you.
Especially as far as nutrition is concerned i have
many things to talk about!
Now for the excercise part,you can lose weight without
exercise but it's like eating a cupcake with no icing!
Exercise is for me necessary because for some reason
when i exercise my eating habbits improve.It is purelly psychological i
believe!
So for loosing weight,i must tell you there is no such
thing as the perfect diet,the perfect way to eat,to exercise,the perfect amount
of calories,the perfect body...Nothing is perfect...What does perfect mean?
If i eat bad for a day,or 2 ,or 3 or even a week does
that mean that what i did is bad?
Well no.Losing weigt is not a task that you start
today and you finish without falling off the wagon.I mean come on we are not
robots,programmed to eat X amount of food and avert our eyes on cakes or
whatever temptation.Yes we will overeat sometimes.
What is important is to stop the continious
overeating.
I can not tell you,the person who is reading
this lines, how you can stop overeating but i will tell you what i think is something
that you should do.
You MUST educate yourself about food.
-learn what nutrients food has
-which foods contain carbs,fat,protein.e.t.c You don't
have to study to be a nutritionist to learn some basic information about food
composition.
-try and test which foods make your body feel good
-respect your body
Basically just start getting informed about food and
don't trust people easily. There is a business that thrives on people who are
trying to lose weight.(Oh that is a big topic but for later).
So that is it for now. I have lost 6 kg in last 2 months and I’m still
going.
